Information includes: court delays, unresolved and resolved charges by offence type, the age of unresolved and resolved charges, the outcome of charges resolved, courtroom allocations, and caseload trends across the previous eight quarters.

These reports provide transparency on the performance of provincial court operations in New Brunswick.

This data is made available by the Department of Justice and Public Safety as a service to the public using data compiled by the Department.

Dashboards will be updated on a quarterly basis.

Court Delays - Court delays are calculated as the time in weeks before the next judge and courtroom in the respective location are available to schedule a trial. Trials involving individuals in custody take precedence over individuals not in custody.
