The Commission’s Annual Reports contain information including yearly highlights on key human rights developments in the province, data and accounts of the Commission’s compliance, education, and advocacy functions.
We respectfully acknowledge that New Brunswick is situated on the unceded and unsurrendered territories of the Wolastoqey, Mi'gmaw, and Peskotomuhkati peoples.
We seek to repair and rebuild meaningful relationships with Indigenous peoples and honour these lands which hold the hopes of future generations.
1990-91 to 1998-99: These reports are only available in print from the Commission.
1967-68 to 1989-90: The Commission’s reports were included in the annual reports of the various departments that had jurisdiction over Labour issues. They may be accessed through the Legislative Library.
