For more information on how to obtain these cards click on either link:  New Brunswick Driver’s Licence or New Brunswick Identification card.

NB CONSERVATION EDUCATION CARD

Q. Will I still need my NB Conservation Education Card?
A. YES, you will still need your NB Conservation Education Card until hunting and trapping licences are included in e-Licensing in 2016. You will need to have your NB Conservation Education card to show proof of training when purchasing hunting or trapping licences as you did before.

If you enter your NB Conservation Education Card number at the time of registration (or later) in e-Licensing, your training information will be linked to your profile. Licences that require specific training will be made available for you to purchase in the system.

When hunting and trapping licences are included in e-Licensing, as long as you have entered your NB Conservation Education Card number in the system, you will no longer need to show your NB Conservation Education Card.  If you have not entered your number in the system, licences requiring specific training will not be made available for you to purchase.
