Minister: Free Tuition Program a success in its first year

The independent task force appointed to examine the workers’ compensation system in New Brunswick today released a discussion paper and a schedule of public meetings to encourage participation in its upcoming consultation process.

The provincial government has introduced amendments to the Industrial Relations Act to include first contract arbitration with the intention of promoting fairness and better relationships between workers and employers when they first enter into collective bargaining.
