The MEKA quartet formed in 2023 from four friends who learned their craft through Fredericton’s Sistema NB centre. Mya, Emmett, Kate and Alex were brought together by their teacher Victor Vivas to perform in various concerts in the Spring and Summer of 2023. They are excited to continue on their musical journey this year with several gigs booked in Fredericton this summer. While they are still in middle school, they have had years of experience and they are looking forward to performing for you.
