Fredericton
- Effective January 1st, 2022, Court of Queen’s Bench Family Division matters will be heard at the Fredericton Justice Building, 427 Queen Street.
- Court of Queen’s Bench Trial Division (court proceedings only) will be heard at the Burton Courthouse, 23 Route 102.
- All Court of Queen’s Bench filings are to be directed to the Fredericton Justice Building.
Burton
- Effective June 1st 2020, Provincial Court matters are being heard at the Fredericton Justice Building.
- Court of Queen’s Bench Trial Division (court proceedings only) will be heard at the Burton Courthouse.
