Guidelines:
- Departments are directed to use the student pay rate schedule as much as possible.
- First year students with no experience should be hired at the beginning rates. Departments may exercise flexibility in the application of rates for students with more education and experience.
Operational / Administrative Support: This includes work typically performed by employees in classifications covered by General Labour and Trades, and Administrative Support.
