Health Minister Victor Boudreau participated in the second annual Red Scarves Campaign. During national AIDS Awareness Week, Nov. 28 to Dec. 2, AIDS New Brunswick, AIDS Moncton and AIDS Saint John will be tying red scarves on lampposts and benches in communities as a symbolic representation of the red ribbon used to honour those lost to or still affected by HIV-AIDS. The scarves will be pinned with an information card explaining the symbolism and will be free for the public to take.
