Northern Energy Solutions Limited (NES) is proposing to construct a wood pellet manufacturing facility in the City of Miramichi, New Brunswick (NB) and is currently undergoing the public participation for the issuance of a new Class 1 Approval. At this time, the facility is classed as 1B and as new information is received about the facility it could be classed as 1A.
