At this time, Immigration New Brunswick is not considering any expressions of interest (EOIs) with jobs or job offers under the following NOC codes:
Please be aware that EOIs submitted to the New Brunswick Express Entry stream are placed in a pool and remain valid for 365 days. They are not processed on a first-come, first-served basis.
Immigration New Brunswick reviews submitted EOIs and issues invitations to apply (ITAs) only to selected individuals through scheduled draws.
Before submitting an EOI, carefully review the updated eligibility criteria and NOC restrictions for your chosen pathway.

The New Brunswick Express Entry stream is designed for highly skilled foreign nationals in the federal Express Entry pool. These individuals are looking to make New Brunswick their permanent home and contribute to the province’s growth. A nomination from ImmigrationNB will increase their chances of receiving an invitation to apply for permanent residency from Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC).

If you have already received a nomination certificate from the Province of New Brunswick, withdrawing that certificate for the purpose of reapplying under another immigration program or stream administered by Immigration New Brunswick is not permitted.
A nominee under the New Brunswick Provincial Nominee Program (NBPNP) is expected to submit their application for permanent residence to Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) before their nomination certificate expires.
