Overview
A Must-See cultural attraction located in Bartibog in a pastoral setting overlooking the Miramichi River.
The MacDonald Farm Historic Site is part of the Acadian Costal Drive.
Driving Directions: Route 11, 13 km (8 miles) north of the city of Miramichi.

Open from the end of May to the beginning of September.
Description
A tour of the restored property, in the company of costumed guides, will take you back to the 1820s when the family of Scottish settler, Alexander MacDonald, helped to develop the area.
Savour the smells of traditional foods cooked over an open fire, view embroidery and domestic crafts, and observe gardening and the daily chores required for the care of farm animals.
