Domestic Violence Court

The domestic violence court in Moncton has been made permanent after a four-year pilot project.

The report has three parts. The first part discusses the legal and sociological context required to understand human trafficking, the second section explores promising practices inhuman trafficking, while the third offers brief conclusions and recommendations.
