Community Events Programs
The Regional Development Corporation was assigned the administration of the Community Events Program in 2000.
The Program will provide support to local governments and non-profit community based organizations for initiatives such as festivals, national events and volunteer recognition events.
Grants for municipal anniversaries are also considered for 50th, 75th, 100th, etc.
Anniversary dates are calculated from the official date of founding and based on $1.00 per inhabitant with a minimum of $1000 and a maximum of $5,000.
