Racheal Adeyemo, GNB Mosaik, Program Manager
Racheal Adeyemo is the program lead for the GNB Mosaik Program.
Racheal is a continuous improvement enthusiast with a background in Business Analysis, she comes to the Mosaik team with experience working with and advocating for newcomers and project/program management skills. She is passionate about newcomer success in New Brunswick and continues to contribute to that through her work in the program.
Kyrylo Yelizarov, GNB Mosaïk Coordinator
Responsible for: GNB Mosaïk Mentorship Program, Technology Lead, Candidate Experience
Kyrylo is a third year student of Kyiv Polytechnic Institute where he was studying engineering. He is an excellent researcher, is highly motivated and values teamwork. Kyrylo will be working remotely from the Moncton area.
Mariia Shkurat, Program Consultant
Responsible for: Marketing & Communications, International Student Program
Mariia Shkurat has her PhD in Public Management & Administration, Bachelors in Foreign Economic Activity, Masters in Teaching, and multiple other degree’s related to engineering, and IT. She has worked the last serval years as the Director of Directorate for Education at the Kyiv Medical University. Mariia also brings a variety of experience in project management, sales, marketing, and learning and development. Mariia works remotely from the Moncton area.
Iryna Kasparova, HR Consultant, Language Support
Responsible for: language training program, Mentorship Program, Translation
Iryna came from Ukraine with her two children, fleeing the war. She has a education degree with a focus in written and oral translations from/to Ukrainian and English languages. Iryna is very positive , she loves life and people. It is very important for her to help people, so her role as Community Interpreter is perfect as she supports new employees in achieving their language learning goals. More than anything, Iryna adores her children, her work and her friends. She believes that people are very complex creatures, and the opportunity to work with them is inspiring.
Mariia Svietlova, HR Consultant, Language Support
Responsible for: Language Support, Language Training and Administrative support
Mariia Svietlova is a dedicated and highly skilled Community Interpreter who brings her strong work ethic and commitment to excellence to GNB Mosaïk. Holding a Bachelor's degree in Business from Ukraine, Mariia has also pursued further education in computer science during her year-long study in Poland.
Having relocated to Canada in September 2022, Mariia embraces her new home and appreciates the opportunities it offers. As a valuable member of our GNB Mosaïk team, she is driven to support the integration of newcomers into the public service and contribute to the success of our program.
