Senator Noël Kinsella to receive 2007 Human Rights Award

The 2007 Human Rights Award will be presented to Speaker of the Senate Noël A. Kinsella in Fredericton on Sept. 24.

Tribute to John Peters Humphrey held in legislative assembly

A tribute to John Peters Humphrey - jurist, diplomat, and human rights activist – was held in the legislative assembly on Friday, June 16. A bronze plaque will remain on display in the legislature so that future generations can know of Humphrey's legacy and accomplishments.
