2011 winner of New Brunswick Human Rights Award
Émilienne Basque, of Tracadie-Sheila, received the 2011 New Brunswick Human Rights Award at a ceremony at Government House in Fredericton on Sept. 15. The award recognized the more than 40 years of volunteer work by Basque, mainly to improve conditions for poor and disabled persons. From left: Lt.-Gov.
