This process is available to any person who alleges that their property has been damaged by the Department of Transportation and Infrastructure.
The Damage Claims and Court Services Unit of the Property Services Branch deals with alleged claims against the Department of Transportation and Infrastructure related to motor vehicle accidents, highway defects, environmental contamination, and real property damage.
