Employers who have a Canada Revenue Agency (CRA) business number for payroll purposes and who agree that the jobs they post will be subject to payroll deductions and remittances to CRA, will be permitted to post job advertisements on the Job Bank.

Up to 80,000 job postings can be accessed at any one time.
Job Bank for Employers allows the posting of job openings free of charge via the Internet.

Job Bank has a feature called Job Match that automatically matches job postings with job seeker profiles. This gives employers easy access to potential candidates suited to the position they are advertising for. Job Match allows employers to view job seeker profiles and invite them to apply.
For the first 30 days of advertisement, job postings will only be matched to Canadians and permanent residents. After 30 days, they will also be matched to foreign job seekers participating in the Express Entry program.
