Health Card
Some natives and their dependents may have coverage through the Department of Indian & Northern Affairs. Those with such coverage are not entitled to full health card coverage from SD.
Off Reserve
Natives not living on a Federal Reserve are assessed for eligibility through the regular Screening and Registration process.
On Reserve
Native and/or non-native residents of a Federal Reserve are not eligible for assistance.
