The Office of Support Enforcement now offers automated email notifications:

• Recipients can authorize the Office of Support Enforcement (OSE) to send an automated email notification on the day their payment is issued.
• Payers can authorize the OSE to send automated email notifications confirming payment the morning after it is made, as well as a payment reminder on the morning of the fourth day following the due date.

All calls will be answered by our Justice Triage Centre at (844) 673-4499 who will handle general inquiries or transfer you to the appropriate Enforcement Officer for issues of enforcement.

Q: Is the Office of Support Enforcement (OSE) authorized to do a recalculation of support?

A: The OSE does not have authority under the Support Enforcement Act to recalculate support when a Payer’s income changes or to set an amount once a previously unemployed Payer obtains employment. There is a Child Support Recalculation Service where you may be eligible to have your child support adjusted.  You can access their website at www.gnb.ca/CSRS, contact them by phone at (833) 224-2224 or by email at [email protected].
