How to Make Support Payments to the OSE
if you are an Employer/Income Source

If you are a larger employer, with more than one or two support payments owed to the OSE, you can arrange to have these payments directly deposited into our account. To arrange for your support payments to be made electronically, please call the OSE at (844) 673-4499.

If you are a smaller employer with only one or two payments to make to the OSE, you can pay electronically through your bank by telephone or internet banking; however, each payment must be entered individually and include the relevant OSE case number. You can set up recurring payments through this method. Our payee name is: “Family Support Province of NB”.

Money orders, business cheques, and certified personal cheques must be made payable to the Minister of Finance. Please ensure that your OSE case number is included on all payments. Payments can be mailed directly to our Central Payment Unit (CPU) office in Fredericton at the following address:

We do not accept uncertified personal cheques.

In-person payments will only be accepted at any SNB location across the province. To find SNB locations and operating hours, please call (888) 762-8600 or visit www.SNB.ca. Payments can be made in person with cash, money order, debit, Visa, MasterCard, certified personal cheque or business cheque. Money orders, business cheques and certified personal cheques must be made payable to the Minister of Finance.
