Wondering if your support payment has been received? The OSE website is the fastest and most helpful tool in answering some of the questions you may have. The OSE’s website will give you access to:
- Amounts due and paid
- Your statement of account
- Income tax receipts and other forms
How to access the website
Step 1 – To register, please visit www.gnb.ca/OSE. The link to sign into the secure portal is under Quick Links.
Step 2 – If you have already registered, enter your Username and password. If you are new to this page, please click on “Self-Registration”.
Step 3 – Once you have completed self-registration, you will be redirected to the OSE login page.
Step 4 – On this page you will need your 9-digit OSE case file number or 8-digit court file number. You will also need the “PIN” number provided by the OSE. Enter the required information to take you to your account.
How to access the 24 hours toll-Free automated Infoline
If you do not have internet access, we also offer a 24 hour toll-free automated Infoline. This line is available 7 days a week to answer your questions about your support payments. Our computer is updated daily by 7 a.m. and will give you the most current information about your file.

Any other inquiries should be directed to our Justice Triage Centre at (844) 673-4499 who will handle general inquiries or transfer you to the appropriate Enforcement Officer for issues of enforcement.
