The Crown in right of the Province of New Brunswick, as represented by the King’s Printer for the Province holds, in addition to certain prerogative rights, copyright in New Brunswick Acts and regulations.

 

Permission to Reproduce


The Acts and regulations on this site have been posted with the intent that they be readily available and accessible to the public. 

Non-Commercial Use

Anyone may reproduce the Acts and regulations, at no charge and without seeking permission, for non-commercial use including personal, educational, study or research purposes or for use in legal proceedings or to provide legal advice, provided that due diligence is exercised in ensuring the accuracy of the reproduction.

Commercial Use

A non-exclusive licence is granted, to reproduce, at no charge and without further permission, for any lawful commercial purpose, the Acts and regulations of the Province of New Brunswick, subject to the following conditions:

  1.   A person exercising rights under this licence may:

  3. The reproduction, modified medium or format, and any materials derived therefrom must not be represented as the official version or as having been produced with the endorsement of, or in affiliation with, the Province of New Brunswick.

  4. The Crown in right of the Province of New Brunswick and the King’s Printer for the Province do not assume any responsibility or liability for the accuracy, reliability or currency of the reproduction, any modified medium or format, or any materials derived therefrom.

  5. The publication, product, or application in which the reproduction, modified medium or format, or derived materials will be found must, at least once, contain the following statement:
