The Department of Post-Secondary Education, Training and Labour seeks feedback from New Brunswickers on proposals for ensuring that the minimum conditions for employment under the Employment Standards Act are applied to all employment relationships in the province. The proposals address the definition of “employee” and coverage for domestic and agricultural workers under the Act.
