Court Fees - Divorce
Fees are payable to the Registrar of the Court of Queen's Bench, pursuant to Rule 72.24 of the Rules of Court, in regard to proceedings under the Divorce Act (Canada).
Solicitors or self-represented litigants who are parties to divorce proceedings.
Fees are payable in regard to the filing of divorce documents and for services rendered by the Office of the Registrar.
Unless otherwise specified, Fees exclude the harmonized sales tax (HST).
