Finance and Treasury Board, as the department responsible, is conducting a review of RTIPPA. A report containing key findings and recommendations from the review will be submitted to the legislative assembly by March 31, 2023.

The accompanying discussion paper provides background information about the RTIPPA and its operations during the last four years. It also poses some questions to assist members of the public and others in providing feedback to the department on how RTIPPA is working and how to make it work better.

Your feedback will be used to evaluate how RTIPPA has been working and what improvements can be made. It is important that your views and ideas are heard and understood, so we may want to contact you for clarification.

The Department is seeking feedback from stakeholders and the public. The deadline for submissions is October 31, 2022.
