The New Brunswick Department of Agriculture, Aquaculture and Fisheries (DAAF) held a Food Safety Workshop on May 10, 2024, at the Hugh John Flemming Forestry Centre in Fredericton, N.B. The theme of this free in-person workshop was “How food safety supports business growth” and included an exciting group of food safety and food business experts for New Brunswick’s small and mid-sized Food Producers and Processors to learn modern day trends and how food safety best practices can strengthen their businesses and its success.
