Hi there! We are the Kent region and were proud to bring the Planet Youth Guidance Program to our part of New Brunswick. Planet Youth is helping us to build strong foundations for our youth through meaningful connections with the people, partners and activities that make our community unique.
What are we doing in the Kent region?
In the Kent region, we know this is a critical age for young people in our community who are beginning to explore their identities with friends, hobbies, and school activities.
The Planet Youth Guidance Program in the Kent region is made up stakeholders from Public Health, mental health and addictions, regional service commission, Justice and Public Safety, as well as community partners in the school sector, representatives of the RCMP, the U-Turn program (United Way), the Family Resource Centre, Family and Early Childhood, South-East Centre for Social Pediatrics, the Association francophone des parents du NB, and most importantly, the young people in our communities - all helping to set up the next generation for success now, and into the future.
