• an endorsement certificate for a position in New Brunswick under the Atlantic Immigration Program (AIP).

It is also relevant to New Brunswick employers supporting a foreign national through any of these economic immigration programs.

Once you receive a nomination certificate from ImmigrationNB, you must apply for permanent residence (PR) with Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) under the provincial nominee class before your certificate expires.

It is important to maintain the conditions of your nomination and notify ImmigrationNB of any changes in your situation.

If you are an employer supporting a foreign national through any of New Brunswick’s economic immigration programs, you are required to inform ImmigrationNB of any changes concerning the employment of the said foreign national up until they receive permanent residence.
