New Brunswick Provincial Nominee Program

Once you receive a nomination certificate from ImmigrationNB, you must apply for permanent residence (PR) with Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) under the provincial nominee class before your certificate expires.

It is important to maintain the conditions of your nomination and notify ImmigrationNB of any changes in your situation.

Atlantic Immigration Program

Information for employers

If you are an employer supporting a foreign national through any of New Brunswick’s economic immigration programs, you are required to inform ImmigrationNB of any changes concerning the employment of the said foreign national up until they receive permanent residence.
