ALZeducate provides high-quality, best practice-based online education for health care providers, people living with dementia, care partners, and the general public. Provided by the Alzheimer Society of Ontario.

Caregiver Support Network (Alzheimer Society)

This is a free monthly program that enables those caring for someone living with dementia to connect virtually and receive support. Caregivers get together to share their experiences, offer support, and learn from one another.

Enduring Power of Attorney and your taxes: 

If you have Enduring Power of Attorney for someone, you must register this with the Canada Revenue Agency.  

This can be done online or by calling the Canada Revenue Agency 1-800-959-8281. They will need the name, date of birth, address and Social Insurance Number of the person living with dementia.
