*If you want to reschedule an appointment, please cancel your existing appointment following the steps below. You will receive a cancellation email to confirm this has been completed and you will then be able to book another appointment online. This cancellation may take up to 48 hours for us to cancel.

Cancelling a scheduled COVID-19 vaccine appointment

By completing this form, you are giving Public Health New Brunswick’s vaccination scheduling team the information they need to make the necessary arrangements to cancel your appointment. This team has the authority to collect this information and will use and disclose it respecting all applicable legislation.
