Overview

If you are sick and have a family doctor or nurse practitioner, call their office first.

Clinics can provide non-urgent medical care on a first-come, first-served basis.

Treatments

Most appointments are covered with a valid New Brunswick Medicare card.  There may be fees depending on the service required (i.e. sick notes) and some services are not provided (chest pain, abdominal pain assessment).

  • Flu symptoms such as vomiting, diarrhea, chills, and fever
  • Sore throat
  • Earache
  • Eye infection
  • Bladder infection
  • Rash (such as scabies, etc.)
  • Testing for sexually transmitted infections
  • Lower back pain from lifting or twisting
  • Order tests such as blood work, X-rays, MRIs, CT scans, scopes (such as colonoscopies, etc.)
