The Silverjack (Shaft) Copper-Silver Project is the site of a historic 40-foot shaft, with a past bulk sample from the shaft (open pit) that returned assays of 1750 g/t Ag, 10.2% Cu, and 14.3% Pb. Nictau Copper Mines Ltd. reported a historic grab sample of 26% Cu and 9.35 g/t Ag. In 2010, Slam Exploration Ltd. reported trench grab samples of 8% and 6.6% Cu at 1217 m south of Silverjack (Shaft). A drill hole also yielded values of 230 g/t Ag and 1.53% Cu over 9.6 m at a location 200 m south of Silverjack (Shaft). Other grab samples with values of 548 and 329 g/t Ag, and 9.22% and 13.5% Cu were reported at 1200 m northwest of the Shaft zone. This project contains several geophysical targets to explore. Silverjack (Shaft) is a manto type deposit. It is located near the Bathurst Mining Camp and to the west of the Heron Mine Gold-Silver Project, which is also held by the same claim holder.
