Two new gold-bearing outcrops discovered by prospecting and trenching in 2023 yielded gold up to 5.23 g/t Au. This new discovery is located along the Murray Brook anticline 27 km along the same fault system as Williams Brook Gold (Puma Exploration). Several alteration zones were discovered north of these two new zones. These zones contain abnormally high gold values of 358 and 224 ppb Au. Only three rocks were analyzed along these new alteration zones. The mineralization appears similar to the first two zones (rusty quartz calcite) along the margins of dykes. This new area, which is near the Bathurst Mining Camp, has not been largely explored. It is located within a new gold development zone with several high-grade gold discoveries. A historical showing occurs within this claim with values up to 2 g/t Au in sediment.
