Sorting and Packaging Requirements Respecting Solid Waste Collection and Disposal Services
Under the Local Governance Act, the Minister of Local Government has prescribed, by Ministerial Order, sorting and packaging requirements for solid waste collection and disposal services in rural districts, and where applicable, rural communities.
The following is a list of the current Ministerial Orders:
