Overview
This program provides multiyear grants to assist in covering some of the costs of production, marketing and promotion of New Brunswick music content sound recordings. It also provides funding for professional development activities as well as for the production of demo discs and its related promotional activities.
Eligibility
For-profit businesses whose principal activity is the production and marketing of New Brunswick music sound recordings and that operate as a Canadian company held and controlled by New Brunswick residents.

Description
Level of Funding:
- Up to 50% of eligible costs with a maximum financial support of $20,000 per fiscal year for the Album Production and Marketing and Promotion components.
- Up to 50% of eligible costs with a maximum of $1500 per fiscal year for the Business and Professional Development for Music Industry Professionals component.
- Up to 50% of eligible costs with a maximum of $1200 per fiscal year for the Emerging Artist component.
Application process:
- Applications for projects under the Album Production and Marketing and Promotion components of the program occurring in the next fiscal year that begins with April 1st must be received by March 31st of the current fiscal year.
- Applications for projects under the Business and Professional Development for Music Industry Professionals and the Emerging Artist components of the program have no deadlines but limited to budget availability.
