Overview
Driving re-education courses are required for anyone who has had their licenses suspended because of drinking and driving.

Anyone who has had their licence suspended for drinking and driving.
Description
The Registrar of Motor Vehicles shall not reinstate the driving privilege of a resident of the Province whose driving privilege has been suspended under this Act as a result of a conviction for an offence under section 253 or 254 84(11)of the Criminal Code (Canada) until the resident has successfully completed, and paid the fee prescribed by regulation for, the drinking driver re-education course approved by the Minister of Health and assigned to the resident by the Registrar.
There are two (2) courses available depending on the violation:
1. For a person who has 1 conviction for an offense in a 5 year period.
2. For a person who has 2 or more suspensions for an offense in a 5 year period
