Job Bank has a feature called Job Match that allows job seekers to actively search for employers who have job opportunities that match their skills set. Job seekers do this by selecting the "Job Match" option on the "Introduction" page in Job Bank. After performing a match, the job seeker receives a list of employers with a matching job vacancy.
For employers, this functionality allows them to actively search for job seekers who have skills that match their advertised job(s). Employers do this by selecting the "perform match" option for their job ad. Their ad is then matched against job seeker profiles in Job Bank. After performing a match, an employer receives a list of qualified candidates.
