Access to information

The Right to Information and Protection of Privacy Act (RTIPPA) helps make government and almost 500 other public bodies in New Brunswick open, transparent and accountable. Public bodies include most public sector organizations in New Brunswick, such as schools, hospitals, police forces, municipalities, and community colleges, to name a few. Under RTIPPA, you have the right to access public body records.
