River Watch 2012 / Water level advisory26 April 2012
FREDERICTON (GNB) – The following water level advisory was issued today by the Department of Public Safety's New Brunswick Emergency Measures Organization:
Due to forecast precipitation over the next 24 hours, water levels along the St. John River and throughout Charlotte County are expected to remain elevated. Water levels should begin to diminish over the course of the weekend. Officials continue to monitor the water levels in these regions.
People living or working along watercourses or low-lying areas should continue to monitor weather forecasts, as conditions can change quickly. Prepare now to help your family to be safe.
