FREDERICTON (GNB) - Four different types of Beaujolais Nouveau will be available in New Brunswick for the international launch date of Nov. 17.

This is the first day these premier wines, the first of the new vintage, can be released.

“The popularity of Beaujolais Nouveau wines among our customers has been increasing over the past several years,” said Brian Harriman, president and CEO at NB Liquor. “We believe we have selected four of the best wines from Beaujolais Nouveau for this year. They should be consumed within six months of their launch date.”

The selection will be available at all 44 NB Liquor corporate stores, but in a limited supply. All stores will be providing samples to customers to facilitate their choices.

The following will be available in limited quantities:

  • Arts, Beaujolais Nouveau 2015: $14.99;
  • Mommessin, Beaujolais Nouveau 2015: $16.99;
  • Duboeuf, Beaujolais Nouveau 2015: $18.99; and
  • Terres Dorées Cuvée Première Beaujolais Nouveau 2015: $19.49.

Customers are encouraged to pick up their preferred bottle or bottles of Beaujolais Nouveau early to avoid disappointment.
