FREDERICTON (GNB) – Radian6, a division of Canada Corp., is expanding its workforce in Fredericton and Saint John, creating 300 new full-time jobs.

Economic Development Minister Paul Robichaud made the announcement today in the legislative assembly.

"Information and Communications Technology is one of our priority sectors because we recognize it is poised to meet the challenges of the future and offers tremendous growth potential," said Robichaud. "Our ICT sector has an established reputation in international markets and has produced leaders in an extremely competitive and fast-paced industry."

"Radian6 and have become household names in New Brunswick," said Robichaud. "Today's announcement continues to highlight a new generation of homegrown talent and innovative thinkers that attract the interest of investors to our province."

This investment will contribute $8.53 million annually to the province's gross domestic product annually.

Invest NB is providing $3.8-million in financial assistance to the company through payroll rebates.
