Jobs board has first meeting
The New Brunswick Jobs Board held its inaugural meeting in Fredericton on Oct. 31. The board, which is chaired by Premier Brian Gallant, will assist departments in implementing their job creation mandates. It will also set policy on jobs and will be responsible for co-ordinating job creation efforts across government, setting job targets and holding departments and agencies responsible for their work.
