New Brunswick is first province to integrate access to the CNIB library collection
New Brunswick is the first province to integrate access to the digital content of the CNIB Library with its own online catalogue. The access is through the New Brunswick Public Library Service. From left: CNIB Assistive Technology Specialist, Jim Noseworthy, and his guide dog Orlando, are joined by Post-Secondary Education, Training and Labour Minister Danny Soucy at the Fredericton Public Library. As part of his role, Noseworthy provides information, demonstration and training to New Brunswickers with vision loss to use assistive technology, including screen magnification and screen reader programs.
