Acadian Seaplants Limited received the Foreign Owned Exporter Award at the 2012 New Brunswick Export Achievement Awards event held in Fredericton on May 30. The company processes various seaweeds into food chain products for export to over 70 countries. This company is the largest biotech manufacturer of premium and science-based marine plan products of its type in the world.
