Collective agreement signed
A new four-year collective agreement was signed on March 29 between NB Liquor and the Canadian Union of Public Employees (CUPE) Local 963 representing store employees (excluding store managers), warehouse, security, cafeteria, custodians and power engineers. The new contract is effective Jan. 16, 2011 to Jan. 15, 2015. The negotiation process started in late fall 2010, and a tentative agreement was reached in early January 2011.
