Premier David Alward delivered the 2012 State of the Province address on Thursday, Jan. 26, at the Fredericton Convention Centre.
During the speech, the premier outlined the government’s top priorities for 2012:
1. Jobs and the economy;
2. Energy and responsible resource development;
3. Government Renewal and deficit reduction;
4. Healthy families and an enhanced quality of life.
The premier also responded to questions submitted by New Brunswickers. The annual event is hosted by the Fredericton Chamber of Commerce.
