Construction of expansion to medical training centre officially begins
A sod-turning ceremony marking the official start of construction of an expansion to the Centre de formation médicale du Nouveau-Brunswick (medical training centre of New Brunswick) was held. From left: Dr. Aurel Schofield, director of the Centre de formation médicale du Nouveau-Brunswick and associate dean of the faculty of medicine and health sciences at the Université de Sherbrooke; Post-Secondary Education, Training and Labour Minister Martine Coulombe; Université de Moncton President and Vice-Chancellor Yvon Fontaine; and Jessy Phillips, from Saint-Quentin, a third-year student in medicine.
