Government of New Brunswick
Jean-Luc Benoit 3

Firstly, I wish to offer my sincere congratulations to all the athletes, artists, coaches and mission staff who have earned the honor of representing Canada-New Brunswick at the VIIth Games of La Francophonie held in Nice, France from September 7 to 15, 2013. You should all be proud.

The Games of la Francophonie are an extraordinary experience. For athletes, this is an excellent opportunity to participate in an international competition and these games can also serve as a springboard for other major events. For artists, it’s a great opportunity to shine on the international stage and lather your artistic and creative experiences. In short, the Games will be a nice cultural exchange with Francophones from all around the world.

As Chef de Mission and on behalf of all the mission staff of Team Canada-New Brunswick, I assure you that our mandate is to support and inspire members of our delegation in their quest for personal achievement.

I would also like to acknowledge the Comité national des Jeux de la Francophonie and the Comité international des Jeux de la Francophonie for all their great work and preparation that will allow our participants to have an unforgettable experience.
Good luck to everyone, I hope you will have an enriching experience and that you will keep good memories.

Sincerely,

Jean-Luc Benoit
