The government is aligning its improvement activities to its vision and strategy. The performance of individual departments is measured using key performance indicators that are reviewed on a quarterly and annual basis.
These tools enable New Brunswickers, departments and agencies to have a clear understanding of the government’s direction. They provide a framework from which performance can be objectively measured. They do not reflect all of the day-to-day operations of government, but rather the strategic areas where it needs to focus improvement efforts.
